Again depending on the sex will help dictate whether to be very neutral or not in your selections, after all there are many different sorts of colors, styles, and finishes to choose from. Often times home nursery decorators will be drawn to certain styles of cribs, finishes, and wood.  Deep and rich colors go much better with woods like cherry, mahogany and cognac finishes while bright, medium and pastel colors look better with lighter wood finishes. One important not to keep in mind is that find bedding, cabinets, etc. that have lots of room for storage. You will be amazed at how much ‘stuff’ babies require! For clothes, diapers, and lotions (just to name a few) you will need lots of room!

Finding the right baby bedding is often times a fun and rewarding accessory to peruse for. There are so many different styles and themes to be found online from animals to sports and Disney to dinosaurs! Take your time and find the bedding that will complement your carpets and furniture themes you have already chosen. However; be sure to find bedding that will match the crib size that you have picked our as all baby beddings are not universal.

Lastly personalize your infants room with personalized wall art, personalized wooden letters, and even a cute little clock. Whatever you think would be great in your baby’s room from lamps to posters to mobiles! All of it will add an element of uniqueness to the nursery. It is up to you but remember sometimes less is more so don’t clutter the nursery either!
